Meeting
& Greeting
As your coordinators we will meet you before the wedding day
to discuss details and take you to the registry office at
least 48 hours prior to the wedding day and finalise
arrangements. The time of the ceremony will be subject to
availability vis a vis from the registrars.
Paperwork
We will take care of
the marriage licence and in the case of different venue than
the registry office we will take care of the transport for the
registrar to the venue and vice versa.
Weddings venues
should not be on beaches, at sea, non-public places,
underwater and next to swimming pools.
The
Location
This will be organised
by the wedding coordinator. In most cases, the ceremony will
take place in the hotel’s designated location. If you prefer
an alternative location we will endeavour to make this
possible.
The Flowers
The wedding coordinator will update you. The bride can
usually choose the colour, style and design of her bouquet,
while the groom opts for a single buttonhole. Extra flowers
for bridesmaids, corsage, and cake decorations can also be
arranged at an extra cost. Please note that colour and types
of flowers will be subject to availability
On the Wedding
Day
The beautician
and hairstylist will arrive approx 2 ½ hours prior to the
ceremony (if for bride only) but the time will be determined
and arranged on location. If these services are requested for
the guests this is possible and quoted separately.
Order of the
ceremony
After breakfast depending on the time of your wedding, perhaps
you might like to relax by the pool, or treat yourself to a
beauty treatment in preparation for your ceremony.Your wedding
location will be decorated with flowers and your wedding table
will be dressed with your cake and sparkling wine. The groom
should arrive at the location 15 minutes before the ceremony
begins. Also by this time, the photographer and the registrar
and any invited guests will be in position.
When prompted by
the wedding co-ordinator, the bride makes her way to the
location. The ceremony will commence and takes approx 10
minutes. The couple and witnesses will sign the wedding
certificate. It is important to check every detail before
signing, as it is difficult to make alterations after the
event.
After the signing of the documents guests may throw confetti,
pose for photographs and enjoy a celebratory toast and observe
the cutting of the cake
The wedding coordinator and photographer will leave you and
your guests to enjoy the rest of the day.
